Dark Angel is a technology startup that would like to secure a tribally chartered partnership for:

• Technology design & development:

  • “The Dark Angel” video game (civilian and military applications)

  • Accelerated Dense Energy Cells, ADEC (patent pending) - renewable energy technology

• The Franchise’s Service Development:

  • Create and develop government and retail products associated with the franchise.

• The Franchise’s Entertainment & Marketing Design & Development:

  • Film production

  • Episodic series production (live and animated)

  • Motion & print marketing vehicles

Priority 1

Dark Angel currently has a potential DOD contract for an induction product we are developing. There are two potential hurdles we’re trying to address related to the fulfillment of the contract:

• The company building the prototype doesn’t have the capacity to assemble the product in mass.

• The same company does not have the space or resources to stock and ship the inventory.

Path to Solve for Priority 1

Establish a Chartered, 2 silo’d Fulfillment Center (FC) With a Tribal Partner:

• The Primary FC silo would be to service the government contract:

  • Assemble the units

  • Warehouse the units and fulfill orders

  • Eventually, the capacity to manufacture the primary outsourced part (case) will be developed at the same site.

• The Secondary FC silo would be to function as a general fulfillment center servicing commercial/retail clients.
